Hi, I’m Annie.
I love art and design, but my passion lies online. I love writing code and solving seemingly unsolvable problems. I specializes in creating and maintaining WordPress sites and building HTML- and WordPress-based PWAs, but am always up for a new challenge or assisting with your marketing in any way I can.
I attended Minnesota State University Moorhead to major in Graphic Communications with an emphasis in Interactive Multimedia and minor in Marketing. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with my B.S. in 2015.
Since graduating, I have worked as an Art Teacher with a local school, as a Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator for the corporate office of a national MLM company, and most recently as the Marketing Director for TAP® Pest Control Insulation.
I founded McCane Design Co in early 2022, shortly after my first son was born. I have always wanted to work with a diverse range of clients and am excited that I now get to offer a variety of creative services for small businesses.
A little more about me…
I am a huge soccer and hockey fan and can usually be found yelling at a TV or at a match/game (I support the Wolverhampton Wanderers and Minnesota Wild). When I’m not watching soccer, I enjoy reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with my family. I love taking photos of things in my life (check out my insta @mccaneannie), though I can rarely take a serious photo. I grew up in an Air Force family and have lived in Florida, Nebraska, the UK, Virginia, Minnesota, and now Georgia.
My family calls the northeast Georgia mountains home and live with our five dogs (four puggies and a husky mix) and one (outdoor) cat.
What am I like? I’m an INFJ, type 6w5, and my strengths are Maximizer, Learner, Achiever, Context, and Includer.
